Employee Selected as CSR of the Year for Million Air Chain
(Salt Lake City, Utah/December 6, 2010) Million Air - Salt Lake City is proud to announce the selection of Shanel Fuller, as the recipient of the Customer Service Representative of the Year for the Million Air chain of aviation service companies. The award was presented at Million Air’s annual awards banquet held in conjunction with the National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA) 2010 convention.
Nominations were taken from across the Million Air fixed base operator (FBO) network. Recognition was awarded on the basis of teamwork, a positive attitude, and representing Million Air with outstanding customer service. “We have some of the finest employees in the country at Million Air – Salt Lake City, and we cannot think of an individual who exemplifies professionalism and commitment to service more than Shanel,” said Kris Sumsion, Customer Service Manager for Million Air – Salt Lake City. “Shanel knows our customers by name and makes it a point to greet them every time they are here. People appreciate her personalized approach.”
Ms. Fuller is the first recipient of the Customer Service Representative of the Year award in Salt Lake City. She has been with the company for five years.
