Provo/20 June, 2011 - Million Air-Provo is pleased to announce that services for commercial flights have begun. Denver-based Frontier Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of Republic Airways Holding, Inc., will operate flights from Provo Municipal Airport to the airline's Denver hub everyday. The flight will leave at 8:30 am with a return flight landing at 9:15 pm. The daily flight will be on an Embraer 190 jet aircraft that can seat 99 passengers.  The regional air carrier began service to Provo on June 20, 2011. In support of Frontier Airline’s operations, Million Air-Provo will provide use of its airport terminal building, fuel, customer service and ground handling services.

"This is a major milestone for Provo and all of Utah County," Mayor John Curtis said. "Many people have worked very hard, not just in the last few months, but also in the last several years, to make this happen."

In addition to servicing Frontier Airline’s daily commercial flights, Million Air-Provo provides aircraft management, air charter, and operates a Part 145 Class IV repair station capable of performing scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on almost all general aviation aircraft. Million Air is the largest and most highly-rated general aviation operation in Utah.
