Position Title: Ramp Agent Reports To: Ramp Supervisor

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Ramp Supervisor. To provide ground support for commercial aircraft in the most efficient, safe and effective manner possible with the highest regard for customer service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Loads and unloads cargo, mail, baggage and/or food-service supplies from aircraft.
Reports to Ramp Supervisors and/or Assistant Ramp Manager or Ramp Manager.
Operates variety of motorized equipment requiring high degree of control and skill.
Fuels all ground support equipment .
Meets demands of flight schedules by performing tasks in the most swift, efficient and safe manner possible.
Performs physically-demanding tasks effectively using the safest and most efficient method possible.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by periodically attending training sessions and taking proficiency exams.
Cooperates with fellow employees.
Maintains flexibility with job assignments.
Remains alert to safety and security issues at all times.
